The rejects are merely to be rendered unusable in the process. An easy job for our shredder, which it will do reliably in the future.
Completely wired and packaged, another M600/1-600 single-shaft shredder prepares for its mission. Once it arrives at its destination, it will be used to shred reject parts from sensors. The rejects are fed in manually via the hopper lid. But of course, safety first! Coupled to a safety circuit, the lid can only be opened and the shredder filled at absolute standstill. The shredder only starts moving again after renewed active control. The material is then conveniently transported away and disposed of via a rollable mini tipping container.
