The material to be processed (steel chips from lathes, milling and drilling machines) is fed evenly and continuously via an on-site discharge conveyor belt into the on-site hopper above the shredder. The shredder is equipped with a flap for contaminants. Impurities can be contained (max. 8x / shift) in the chips. Any solid particles can be separated here. These impurities fall into a small container which can be exchanged manually. The size of the pieces depends on the size of the installed screen. The material is discharged in free fall downwards into on-site chip containers.
