As of today, the homepage of Erdwich Zerkleinerungs-Systeme GmbH shines in a new light. Under the well-known address www.erdwich.com, after a thorough revision of its technical, optical and factual content, the homepage now presents itself completely modernized and refreshed.

Customer-oriented, practice-oriented, trustworthy and professional - this is how the company now presents itself online after the relaunch. “In addition to a modern design, the focus of the redesign was, above all, on adapting the content to the needs and wishes of our customers and interested parties”, says Harald Erdwich, Managing Director of the Bavarian company. “For the first time we are demonstrating online, how complex and various our machines and plants are.” The completely redesigned website offers clear and fresh access to the company, its products and services. With the help of just a few clicks, the user is rapidly able to inform himself well about dates and current topics, from the shredding and recycling industry, to core competencies and goals, but also about the company, which has been family-run for over 30 years and is increasingly positioning itself internationally.

With the responsive design, the website can flexibly adapt itself to whatever device is used to call it up: at the workplace using a PC, on the road with a smartphone or at home on the couch using the tablet. The design follows the user. In the course of the website relaunch the company Erdwich has intensively involved itself with modern Internet usage behaviour in general and the special needs of its customers in particular. It turns out that although the importance of mobile use continues to grow, it will not completely replace stationary access. Especially when it comes to complex product and project enquiries. “Our customers and prospective customers are always the focus of our attention, and of course this also applies to our new website”, explains Harald Erdwich. “With the revised design, in combination with the responsive technology, we offer an optimal service, independent of device and access means.”

Generous white areas in the layout create the necessary calm for such highly complex subject matter and ensure a fresh and modern appearance. At the same time, expressive pictures offer a detailed insight into the shredding machines and their possible fields of application. The navigation has also been adapted: it is significantly leaner and thus increases user-friendliness for all website visitors.

“The relaunch will not complete the development of our homepage”, Erdwich assures and adds: “There are always changes, trends and new developments within the recycling industry. We are a part of it and develop with it.”
