We proudly present one of our latest projects! A three-shaft shredder M480/3-750 for shredding steel chips of different types. These are both ferrous and non-ferrous chips contaminated with emulsion and cutting oil. The plant is already on its way to China.
Input material:
Both ferrous and non-ferrous chips contaminated with emulsion and cutting oil.
Throughput capacity:
1,000 kg/h, 10 h daily operating time.
Size reduction process:
The chips are fed to the shredder via the lift-and-tilt device, where they are shredded using our proven three-shaft technology. They are then fed to the centrifuge via a discharge belt to de-oil the chips. In a further step, the chips are loosened on a vibrating chute and sorted by means of a magnetic drum. The separated chips fall into corresponding chip containers for subsequent further transport.
Final product:
Approx. 30 mm after crushing.
