Even multiple erased semiconductor boards can usually be restored without much effort because the data are often still physically retained on the hard disk despite the latest erase programs. A safe and final destruction of the SSD hard drive can only be achieved by mechanical destruction. The recovery of the data from the shredded storage media is excluded.

Our M400 / 1-400 single-shaft shredder is perfect for shredding 2.5-inch solid-drive data storage devices. In this case, the devices are fed manually via the feed slot on the funnel. A roller built into the funnel serves as protection against intrusion or splashing. The shredded material then falls into a container below the shredder and can be easily removed.
