Machine description

The entire machine is located in a closed hall. The material to be shredded is filled into the hopper of the shredder by an excavator with its grab. It is shredded by ripper knives and ripper segments (on the two long side walls and in the center of the shredder). The material then falls by gravity onto a discharge conveyor provided by the customer.

Processing materials:

Material: E-scrap (SG 5). Collection group 5 includes small appliances and information and telecommunication technology devices (ITK devices).
Throughput: 6-7 tons per hour.
End product: Coarsely shredded material for subsequent processing.
